ShippingHealthy Pets works with other independent vendors to source this collection of amazing products. Once your order is placed and processed by our team, the product vendor will ship the product directly to you. Our team tracks the order for you to make sure it gets there quickly.
HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?
Shipping times and methods vary slightly by vendor and product, and you will be notified by email regarding your estimated shipping time and method approximately 1-2 days after placing your order. Our product pages indicate the estimated shipping speed for each product, but it generally varies between 2 days and one week.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email and a tracking number directly from our vendors, when your item ships.
IS SHIPPING FREE?
Shipping is FREE if the product is being delivered to a Canadian address. An additional shipping charge may apply for international orders.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Shipping is easy anywhere across Canada, and most of North America. Because we source our products from a number of different vendors, however, additional shipping charges and customs duty fees may apply for delivery to addresses outside of Canada. If a specific product interests you, don't hesitate to ask us about delivery using the chat on our Contact page!

MY PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED! MY PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED!
Unfortunately, issues beyond our control may arise as your product travels through the logistics and distribution network. In these cases, don't hesitate to reach out to us, and we'll do our best to follow up on the status of your shipment. In cases where your product may have been lost or damaged during shipping, let us know and we will issue a full refund. In most cases, we'll ask you to ship the damaged product back to us or the vendor. We'll cover the returns costs.
I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT I ORDERED.
At Healthy Pets, we spend a lot of time doing the research for you, and curating a list of only the best pet products under the sun. While we are certain that you will love whatever you buy on our shop, not all tastes are equal. If you are not satisfied with your product, please reach out to us using our Contact page and ask for a return. Our team will take care of you and make this process easy on you and your pet. In most cases, we'll ask you to ship the damaged product back to us or the vendor. We'll cover the returns costs.
